Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at zylolko@gmail.com with your order details.
Please note:
- Orders canceled within 12 hours will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Refund Policy
We want you to love what you’ve purchased! If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at zylolko@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Attach photos of the item (if applicable) to help us process your request quickly.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Refund Process
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or through bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item being in its original condition.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping of the replacement item.
